Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RECLAIM™ (the "Service"), operated by Golding Enterprise LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California, United States ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our registered-agent address is on file with the California Secretary of State; correspondence should be sent via the contact form (Section 17).

By accessing or using our website, or by purchasing or using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Service" — the RECLAIM™ website, the online program and its chapters/modules, tools, workbooks, guided exercises, any community/messaging features, and related materials. • "Content" — all text, video, audio, images, worksheets, methodology, and program structure in the Service. • "Program" — the full seven-chapter RECLAIM™ course. • "Account" — your personal, non-transferable user account.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that your information is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Educational Nature — Not Therapy, Medical, or Legal Advice

3.1 RECLAIM™ provides education and self-guided recovery support for people affected by coercive control, emotional abuse, and high-conflict separation, delivered in a non-clinical, educational capacity.

3.2 The Service is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a crisis service, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Nothing here is legal advice or creates a therapist–client, practitioner–client, or attorney–client relationship.

3.3 If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number (999 UK · 911 US/Canada) or a crisis line on our Support page. Always seek a qualified professional for your own situation.

3.4 You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing.

4. Purchase and Payment

4.1 Price. The full Program price is US$299 (or the displayed local-currency equivalent), in USD. A free trial of Module 1 may be offered. The price shown at purchase is the price you pay.

4.2 Processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store full card details. Stripe's terms: https://stripe.com/legal.

4.3 Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated.

5. Access and Delivery

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment, per-user and non-transferable. Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately, please read Section 7 (Refunds) and Section 3 before purchasing.

6. License and Restrictions

6.1 We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use.

6.2 You may not: share your credentials; reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or sublicense the Content; record/download (except where provided) or screenshot for redistribution; use the Content to build or train a competing product, service, or model; reverse-engineer; or use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.

6.3 Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, plus any other remedy.

7. Refund Policy — "Try the First Two Modules" Guarantee

7.1 You may request a full refund of the Program price if all apply: (a) you request it in writing via the contact form (Section 17) within 14 days of purchase; (b) before accessing Module 3; and (c) the materials have not been downloaded in full, shared, or misused.

7.2 Offered once per customer. Refunds go to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.

7.3 Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately with your consent, any refund right after 7.1 is limited to this guarantee and to non-waivable consumer-law rights.

7.4 UK/EU consumers: by starting immediately you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge your statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content is lost once access begins, except as preserved above (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / applicable EU law).

7.5 The full Refund Policy (see /refund) forms part of these Terms.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to it and that it is lawful. We may remove violating content.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content and the RECLAIM™, Sacred RECLAIM™, and The RECLAIM Method™ names/marks belong to Golding Enterprise LLC or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No rights are granted except the license in Section 6.

10. Confidentiality of Your Work

What you write in private workbooks belongs to you. We do not analyze the contents or disclose them, except as described in our Privacy Policy or required by law.

11. Disclaimers of Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific result will be achieved. Individual results vary.

12. Assumption of Responsibility; Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume responsibility for your use of the Service and any decisions based on it, and release Golding Enterprise LLC from claims arising from reliance on educational Content that is not professional advice (Section 3).

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDING ENTERPRISE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golding Enterprise LLC from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or as reasonably necessary. Sections that should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) survive.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

16.1 Informal first: before any formal proceeding, contact us (Section 17) and attempt to resolve informally for at least 30 days.

16.2 Governing law: State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16.3 Venue: subject to 16.1, disputes are resolved exclusively in state or federal courts in California; you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing deprives a consumer of mandatory protections of their country of residence.

16.4 No class actions: to the extent permitted by law, disputes are handled individually, not as a class or representative action.
