Disclaimer

This Disclaimer forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it carefully.

Educational purpose

RECLAIM™ and The RECLAIM Method™ — operated by Golding Enterprise LLC (California, USA) — offer educational programs, tools, and peer-style support for women recovering from coercive control, emotional abuse, and high-conflict separation. All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Not therapy or medical advice

RECLAIM™ is not a mental-health, medical, or clinical service. Nothing here is therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not be used in place of care from a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional. Always seek the advice of a licensed professional with any questions about your physical or mental health.

Not legal advice

RECLAIM™ does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer or advocate. Information about abuse, rights, or safety is general and may not apply to your situation or jurisdiction. For advice about your own circumstances, consult a solicitor, attorney, or accredited advocacy service.

No professional relationship

Accessing this site, its programs, or its content does not create a therapist–client, practitioner–client, or attorney–client relationship of any kind.

About the founder

RECLAIM™ is created by an educator and recovery coach specializing in coercive control and post-separation abuse recovery, holding an MSc in the Psychology of Coercive Control (University of Salford, UK) and certified as a Domestic Violence Advocate and Mediator. The work bridges academic study with applied, practical recovery, and is delivered in a non-clinical, educational capacity.
